We decided to create a production schedule so that we could keep organised. It included the dates and times we were shooting and where. It also listed the actors who would be present and our arrangements for the kit. This was all signed by our teachers and all of the members in the group. Having all of this information on paper made it easier for us to commit to it.
When planning for shooting we had to take in our shoot location into account - as we were shooting in the school's studio we had to shoot on a day where it would be available to use after school. This mean we didn't have much flexibility when it came to the dates we could shoot, however we all committed to the dates that were available so that we could definitely shoot on them. Our test shoot will be on Wednesday 11/02 and the main shoot will be on Thursday 26/02.We plan to edit during lessons, however this is obviously not enough time to finish the whole project so we will also edit during our group meetings and also edit individually during our free periods, to ensure we can get it done by the deadline. To make sure we could co-ordinate our editing sessions we created a schedule, detailing which when each person would edit during the week.
