After we had made our animatic, we decided to make a shoot board on Microsoft Publisher so that we would have a clear schedule of which shots we would be filming and in which order we would be filming them. The shoot board also included which type of shot it was, a brief description of the shot, the dialogue (if any) in the shot, which actors would be in the shot and any props that were needed.

We organised the shots so that we clumped together the shots that required most actors first because this was the most convenient option, since we knew that all of the actors would be there at the beginning and that some would have to leave earlier than others. We then had the shots which included the actors who had to leave earlier, so that we made sure to not miss their shots. After that we organised the shots by shot type; jib shots would all be together as the jib itself took quite a lot of time and effort to set up, shots that used the same set up would be shot together as well, for example mid shots of Blake.
